I enjoy giving (and receiving) gifts on Valentines Day,
but I have never believed that they should be as
extravagant as a birthday or Christmas gift.
The gift should be more romantic rather than practical,
a token and reminder of your love.

If you or your lady have issues with cut flowers, many garden stores and florists have flowering plants that are lovely, and can be transplanted into the yard for a longlasting floral gift! Lately Dean and I have started to avoid buying cut flowers, instead my husband has been buying me flowering plants . They last much longer, they are affordable, and I can plant them in the backyard!
